Fundraising event’s proceeds will support initiatives benefiting women in the hospitality industry.
Les Dames Sonoma, the local chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, is hosting a culinary rummage sale at Jimtown and Then Sum in Healdsburg. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 25th, from 11 am to 3 pm. Cookbooks, cookware, and tableware will be on sale, along with vintage pieces.

Locally, nationally, and internationally, Les Dames d’Escoffier seeks “to inspire, advance, and support women leaders in the culinary, fine beverage, and hospitality industries.”

Money raised at the rummage sale will support the Sonoma chapter’s “work in education, mentorship, and philanthropy, including grants and community-based initiatives.”
The official donation deadline has passed, but if you’ve got something fabulous to contribute, email secretary@lesdamessoco.org.

If you haven’t tasted the dim sum, sandwiches, and other delectables at Les Dames member Michelle Wood’s Jimtown, this is another reason to go. Oh yes, and pass the word about this Sonoma County fundraising event.
